1. Definitions

1. "Platform" refers to Nova Forex's trading systems and website
2. "Services" means Forex/crypto investment management
3. "User" is any registered account holder
4. "Force Majeure" includes market disruptions, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Complete identity verification (KYC)
3. Not reside in prohibited jurisdictions (OFAC-sanctioned countries)
4. Agree to risk disclosure in Section 7

3. Account Terms

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

3.2 Account Freezes

We may suspend accounts for:

1. Suspected fraud
2. Regulatory investigations
3. Chargeback attempts

4. Investment Terms

4.1 Trading Discretion

Nova Forex has full discretion over trading strategies per selected investment plans.

4.2 Performance

Historical returns are not indicative of future performance. See Section 7 for full risk disclosure.

4.3 Withdrawals

1. Minimum $50 withdrawal
2. Processing time: 1-3 business days
3. May require additional KYC for large amounts

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

1. Use bots or exploit technical vulnerabilities
2. Create multiple accounts
3. Provide false KYC documents

7. Risk Disclosure

Forex and cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk:

1. Market volatility may lead to partial/full loss of capital
2. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses
3. Regulatory changes may affect service availability

You acknowledge that Nova Forex is not responsible for trading losses.

8. Liability Limitations

Nova Forex is not liable for:

1. Force Majeure events (Section 1d)
2. User credential compromises
3. Third-party payment processor failures

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 days notice. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed within 30 days.

10. Dispute Resolution

1. Mediation: 30-day negotiation period required
2. Arbitration: Claims settled under US law
3. Class Action Waiver: Claims must be individual
4. 
   

11. Amendments

We may update these terms with 15 days advance notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
